Das Fruchtwein-Unternehmen, langsam gebraut
Wir sind HODN — ein handwerklicher Fruchtwein-Hersteller aus dem kühlen Jilin. Unser chinesischer Name 红动 (Hóng Dòng) bedeutet "Rot in Bewegung" — eine Anspielung auf die lebendige Farbe des Fruchtweins und die Gärung, die in jeder Flasche leise atmet.

Die besten Fruchtweine haben nichts zu verbergen. Wenn Sie jede Zutat auf der Rückseite des Etiketts lesen können — und es sind nur zwei — dann ist das der wahre Flex.

Woher wir kommen
Unsere Kellerei liegt in Jilin, am Fuße des Kaltwassereinzugsgebiets des Changbai-Berges. Reis und Obst um uns herum wachsen langsamer als in den Tropen — und genau das ist der Punkt. Kalt-Region-Rohstoff bedeutet mehr Geschmack pro Kilogramm, weniger überflüssige Verarbeitung.
