We are HODN — a craft fruit wine producer from cold-land Jilin. Our name in Chinese, 红动 (Hóng Dòng), means "red in motion" — a nod to the fruit wine's living color and the fermentation quietly breathing inside every bottle.
What We Believe
The best fruit wines have nothing to hide. When you can read every ingredient on the back label — and there are only two of them — that is the flex.
HODN was built to prove one thing: that a Chinese craft producer can meet European clean-label standards, keep prices honest for private-label buyers, and still deliver the taste that gets the second bottle re-ordered.

Where We Come From
Our winery sits in Jilin, at the base of Changbai Mountain's cold-water reach. The rice and fruit around us grow slower than in the tropics — which is exactly the point. Cold-region raw material means more flavor per kilogram, less need to over-process.
We keep the fermentation temperature below 7°C for the whole cycle. It takes longer. It costs more. It also tastes correct.
